Who we are. 4:00am is the nightlife social of Milan: it shows nights, reels and stories posted by venues that use Notturno Business.

Adults only. The content is about venues that serve alcohol: the service is only for people aged 18 or over.

No sign-up needed to browse. You don't need a profile to look at nights, reels and stories. If you don't sign in, saved nights and followed venues stay only on your phone (technical cookies only, no third-party tracking).

Ads. Some content is advertising and is always marked «Sponsored». We use no advertising cookies and no profiling: we only count, in aggregate and per day, how many times an ad is shown and clicked. When you click, you go to the advertiser's site, which has its own privacy policy.

When you join a list. First name, last name, mobile, email and number of people go to the venue running the night: the venue is the controller of that data, under its own privacy notice (linked in the form). 4:00am keeps a minimal copy (name, contacts, nights you signed up for) for your profile, until you delete it or for 24 months after you last used it.

Your profile. You can create it whenever you like with your email, or it is created automatically the first time you join a list leaving your email. It has no password: to sign in we send you a 6-digit code (valid for 15 minutes) or a link. Your profile holds first name, last name, email, your mobile if you give it, entries made through the social, points, perks, followed venues and saved nights (so you find them on every phone). You can correct your details or delete your profile at any time from the Profile page; existing sign-ups stay on the venues' lists, which are their controllers.

Statistics. We count visits to nights and reels anonymously, to show venues what works. No personal data in these statistics.

Points and perks. Your profile only earns points for verified actions: 100 points for every entry made with the social's guest list (the QR scanned at the venue door) and 50 points each when a friend you invited gets into a venue. Points are used for perks venues make available (entries, drinks, table discounts): the venue offers and hands them out, and sets their conditions and expiry. There are no draws and no purchase required; points have no cash value, can't be transferred and are lost if you delete your profile.

Notifications. If you turn them on, your phone gets at most three automatic notifications a day: new nights from venues you follow and reminders for nights you saved or are on the list for. Turn them off from the Profile or Saved page, or from your browser settings.

Reports. If some content isn't right, use «Report»: we check it and remove it if needed.
